Product Warranty 

Heritage Source not only guarantees the quality of our products, but also provides a 100% refund guarantee to customers who purchase them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contactus@questgrp.net within 30 days of purchase and return the purchased product to Quest Group. Once received, will process a refund to your original payment method for the entire purchase price, excluding shipping charges. This warranty can only be applied once per product.

Return Policy

If your product is defective, please return it to Heritage Source and we will issue a replacement. For returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. To receive an RMA, please contact Heritage Source at contactus@questgrp.net.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages 

If the product you received was damaged during transportation your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

Sometimes packages are mis-delivered, an unsuccessful attempt was made and the package was brought back to the facility, or the carrier simply didn’t make it to your delivery address in time but already marked it as delivered.

Note that once a package has shipped, Heritage Source is no longer able to operate on behalf of the customer and any issues with delivery or tracking should be addressed with the shipping carrier directly. 

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If your order was placed during a high-volume sale, processing times may be extended to 5-12 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. It may take 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking number page to show delivery updates.

We wor hard to get your order processed as quickly as possible. Please understand the estimated delivery date is only an estimate. Any delay on the part of the shipping carrier is out of our control.

 

Editing Orders Post-Purchase

We will do our best to assist you with editing an order after it has been placed. However, please understand that during periods of high sales volume, we may be unable to edit or cancel orders before they have shipped. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it.

 

Discount Code Policy

Unless explicitly stated in the promotion campaign, discount codes cannot be “stacked” or combined with any other offers. In the event that you forget to apply a discount code, please understand that we might not be able to retroactively apply the discount.
